Tim Sheahan
A Quantity Surveyor with over twenty years Senior Management experience in the construction sector in the United Kingdom and Ireland, Tim has developed his skills as a team leader and honed his abilities as a skilled negotiator. He has an in-depth knowledge of the procurement process on large projects and has led the contract administration and system development on some high profile projects from inception to completion.
Tim holds a B.Sc. and H.Dip. in Ed. from UCG and was conferred with a B.Sc. in Quantity Surveying from Cambridge University. During his eight years in London, he worked on a number of high profile projects.
On returning to Ireland he worked for some of the leading building contractors where he earned a reputation for his ability to lead from the front and guided the successful completion of some very significant developments.
As Director in a large window and curtain walling company he was responsible for a staff of some 175 people working on projects all over Ireland and also managed its expansion into the United Kingdom.
Through his association with Gerry, he has identified a market where the buyer in the property sector has been largely unrepresented. Through buyTogetherhe believes that he can fulfill his vision and make a real difference to property buyers so that they can be better represented and achieve better value.

Gerry Kidd: Director
Gerry Kidd
Gerry has been in Financial Services for 37 years, in mainstream banking at both branch and regional level and as a self employed Financial Advisor.
Like many of his generation he left for London in the 70’s and joined Barclays Bank as there were little or no career opportunities in Ireland at the time. On returning to Ireland in 1977, he joined the then Dublin Savings Bank which was to eventually form part of the Permanent tsb. His career in banking was varied and saw him involved in business development, training, bancassurance, lending and branch management.
He also served two terms on the banks staff representative union committee, once as chairperson. These terms involved detailed and involved negotiations with bank management, a task he relished.
Over the past seven years working as an independent financial advisor Gerry has earned a reputation for his cautious approach to the property market. His advice has proved invaluable to many of his clients.
