In developing the expansion of our business buyTogether is constantly seeking experienced negotiators to further advance our services. We wish to hear from people who share our vision and can add to the knowledge base of our business.

Candidates should have:

  • Proven experience in negotiating in financial, property or construction services;
  • Minimum of fifteen years business experience;
  • Good computer skills;
  • Self-motivation;
  • Ambition to succeed;
  • Report writing skills;
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills;
  • Ability to compile and implement a Business Development Plan;
  • Leadership skills and be a team player;

Key tasks:

  • Develop an in-depth knowledge and awareness of the property sector in their area of operations;
  • Meet with clients to discuss and establish their specific requirements and compile client brief;
  • Match clients brief with suitable market opportunities;
  • Compile and issue client reports;
  • Initiate and execute negotiations for the purchase, lease or rent of property;
  • Identifying and developing business links;

Renumeration:

Remuneration will be on a commission basis.
