Candidates should have:
Proven experience in negotiating in financial, property or construction services;
Minimum of fifteen years business experience;
Good computer skills;
Self-motivation;
Ambition to succeed;
Report writing skills;
Excellent written and verbal communication skills;
Ability to compile and implement a Business Development Plan;
Leadership skills and be a team player;
Key tasks:
Develop an in-depth knowledge and awareness of the property sector in their area of operations;
Meet with clients to discuss and establish their specific requirements and compile client brief;
Match clients brief with suitable market opportunities;
Compile and issue client reports;
Initiate and execute negotiations for the purchase, lease or rent of property;
