Personally I think the prices may adjust to available financing levels (down!) until the current excess housing stock is absorbed.
But, for those who may have mortgages &amp; negative equity, even if all excess stock is absorbed, there would be a big disincentive to put their house on the market at that time? Might restrict supply, hence see an improvement in prices at some point?</description>

How do you lobby the builder to clean up, get rid of the junk and leave it in a state that would encourage people / groups to imagine their homes there?</description>
