Opportunity
When buyers with similar requirements are identified, we will contact you and advise the intended course of action. You will then be given the opportunity to sign up for our negotiation package, remember, no purchase, no fees. On acceptance of our contract of engagement we will confirm with you full details of the property you wish us to negotiate.
On receipt of completed instructions from two or more prospective buyers, we will meet with you to discuss and refine your requirements before commencing negotiations.
We will visit the property with you and establish an offer price and an acceptable price for the property. We will also establish any other criteria that may become a condition of purchase.
Negotiations
Negotiations will then commence with the estate agent, developer or vendor. You will be kept fully informed throughout the negotiation process.
