  • Register your requirement with us
    Tell us your property type, location and budget. Register online or  call us and we can do it for you.
  • You will then be contacted by our negotiator who will discuss your requirements. On acceptance of our contract of engagement we will confirm with you full details of the property you wish us to negotiate. Remember: no purchase  – no fees.
  • On receipt of completed instructions we will meet with you to discuss and refine your requirements before commencing negotiations.
  • Negotiations
    Negotiations will then commence with the estate agent, developer or vendor. You will be kept fully informed throughout the negotiation process.
  • Success
    On conclusion of successful negotiations we will advise you on the steps that you must take to complete your purchase.

    Contact your bank or mortgage broker and find out the maximum mortgage loan available to you.
  • Deposit amount
    Buyers generally require a 10% deposit of property purchase price, this may vary from lender to lender you should check with your bank or mortgage broker.
  • List all associated costs
