A shortlist will be agreed, viewings arranged, and if you like a property, we will encourage you to view again and again, while we negotiate. We research the property and its environs and check local authority planning to put us in the best possible position to negotiate on your behalf. Liaising with you every step of the way, we are looking to have the lowest offer accepted on the best terms to suit you. Once the offer is accepted we will consult with you on reports such as the valuation and structural survey. Should you require further help with moving in, we would be delighted to be of assistance.

How buyTogether Search & Select works

  • Register your requirement with us
    Tell us your property type, location and budget. Register with buyTogether online or  call us and we can do it for you.
  • You will then be contacted by our negotiator who will discuss your requirements.
  • On receipt of completed instructions your negotiator will meet with you to discuss and refine your requirements before commencing property search.
  • Finding your properties
    A shortlist of properties meeting your criteria will be compiled and a report will issue on each. Arrangements will be made for you to view selected properties with your negotiator. When you find the property that meets your needs we will discuss the strategy for negotiations.
  • Negotiations
    Negotiations will then commence with the estate agent, developer or vendor. Your will be kept fully informed throughout the negotiation process.
  • Success
    On conclusion of successful negotiations we will advise you on the steps that you must take to complete your purchase and the agreed timescale.

What you need to do.

  • How much can you borrow?
    Contact your bank or mortgage broker and find out the maximum mortgage loan available to you.
  • Deposit amount
    Buyers generally require 10% of property purchase price as a deposit, this may vary from lender to lender you should check with your bank or mortgage broker.
  • What can  you afford?
    Understand your repayment capacity, how much you can afford to pay per month. A very useful tool to help you with this calculation is on the it’s your money website.
  • List all associated costs
    Stamp duty (if applicable), legal costs, home insurance, mortgage protection (life cover), valuation, surveys and buyTogether fees should be allowed for.
  • Then simply contact us or register now.
    Tell us your requirements, what and where you would like to purchase and details of your budget. Tell us your circumstances, loan approved in principle or cash buyer, first time buyer, trading up or down, investor. You can simply register now or contact us and we shall complete the registration for you.
